Sales
Software Customer Advisor (m/f/d), Field & Inside Sales, Nationwide
Full-time
Remote
Hybrid
What does your day-to-day look like with us?
During the roughly six-month onboarding period, you’ll mostly be out in the field, with a few exceptions, to get to know the software, the team, the industry, and the workflows
After that, you can either continue working mainly in the field or reduce your field work and spend more time working from home in inside sales
Your field-work share will still stay at a minimum of around 50% of your working time
In the field you support our new customers on-site with the rollout of the SaaS solution they’ve already booked
Monday morning you set off from home in your own company car to the business that’s being switched over that week. You then head back, depending on the size of the business, on Wednesday or Friday afternoon
Our workshops are located all across Germany. That’s why you stay in a hotel while the software is being rolled out on-site
Your responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements as well as advising on implementation processes and configuration work
At the start, you’ll work together with 1-2 other colleagues. Later on, you’ll mostly still work as part of a team
In inside sales you support our customers with questions by phone, email, and through the ticketing system from home, or run things like online training sessions and presentations
You help shape and improve the support materials available to our customers
You’re the first point of contact for potential new customers with questions about the software, and you build long-term relationships with key existing customers
You analyze customer feedback and help drive the continuous development of the software
What experience and qualifications should you bring?
You speak fluent German and have a basic understanding of business concepts
Ideally, you have a completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
You have at least 2 years of professional experience in customer advisory roles
You’re a team player, patient and structured when explaining things, with a friendly and confident manner
You bring a high willingness to travel (at least 50% long-term, more during the first six months)
You don’t need a computer science degree, but you should enjoy technology
Career changers with experience in everyday workshop life or at car dealerships are also very welcome!
What do we offer you?
A varied day-to-day job and the chance to work at a modern, innovative company
A lot of ownership and short decision-making paths
Your own company car
Fair, performance-based pay
A pleasant working atmosphere in a young, highly motivated team
