How long have you been using PDR.cloud?

We’ve officially been using PDR.cloud in active live operation at our company since October 14, 2025.

What was your biggest challenge before PDR.cloud?

Before introducing PDR.cloud, Wilhelm GmbH faced major hurdles in internal organization: we had to juggle several separate calculation programs, which caused significant extra work.

On top of that, we simply weren’t working digitally. Almost all our processes were based on classic paper forms — a sea of paperwork that was really holding us back.

What has improved thanks to PDR.cloud?

The improvements run through the entire company. Communication within the team in particular is much more direct, and we use noticeably less paper. Mobile working runs smoothly, giving us enormous flexibility. We’ve also made a huge leap forward in overall process control, detailed staff scheduling, and customer service. Last but not least, we benefit massively from the well-founded reports and analyses the system gives us.

What do you appreciate most about PDR.cloud?

For us at Wilhelm GmbH, Artur Wilhelm puts it best: we deeply appreciate finally having everything bundled into one single, central system. Location-independent access from anywhere guarantees maximum freedom, and consistent digitalization sets the course for a successful future.
